Welcome to TOGETHER - COUPLE COACHING. BetterTogether Ventures GmbH ("we," "us," or "our") provides services to you through our mobile application (the "Application") subject to the following Terms of Service (the "Terms"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that are referenced herein or that otherwise may apply to specific sections of the Application, or to products and services that we make available to you through the Application (all of which are deemed part of these Terms).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Application, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Please check these Terms and any Guidelines periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Application after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.
3. Privacy Policy

4. Use of the Application
a. The Application is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
b. You agree not to use the Application in any unlawful manner or in a way that is prohibited by these Terms.
c. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application, the server on which the Application is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Application.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The content on the Application, including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, and interactive features, and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein, are owned by or licensed to us. Content on the Application is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Application in any medium; (ii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (iii) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Application.
7. Purchases
If you wish to purchase products or services described in the Application, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time at our sole discretion.
8. Termination
We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Application at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
9. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "as is". We and our suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BetterTogether Ventures GmbH, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Application, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
11. Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between BetterTogether Ventures GmbH and you concerning the subject matter hereof.
